Connector Authenticity and Source Verification

Build a reviewable procurement record from the exact part number and source documents through packaging, labels and receipt inspection.

Request Part Verification

Verification process

1. Fix the complete orderable number

Confirm the manufacturer, base number, suffix, packaging code and relevant plating, temperature or other variants. A short or base number is not automatically a complete orderable part.

2. Retain source and transaction records

Keep the source, quotation, order, quantity, packaging and lead-time confirmation tied to the exact part number. Any specific source document should be requested during the inquiry and confirmed in the order.

3. Review labels, lots and packaging

Before delivery, check manufacturer labels, part number, quantity, lot or date code, packaging form and visible condition. Hold material with damaged packaging, abnormal labels or inconsistent information for further review.

4. Support receipt inspection

After receipt, promptly inspect the part number, quantity, packaging, labels and visible condition, retaining photographs and original packaging for any discrepancy review.

Authorization and authenticity claims

We do not describe a general supply relationship as manufacturer authorization unless valid written evidence applies to the specific brand, product and order. Authenticity support is based on the exact order record, source documentation, packaging, labels and confirmed delivery terms.
