Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to products purchased from Shenzhen Lianxinlian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. through the EPPTC website. Every return requires prior written authorization so that the part number, packaging, labels, and condition can be verified.

Eligible returns

We accept returns only for a verified product quality defect. Submit the request within 7 days after receiving the product. We do not accept returns for non-quality reasons, including incorrect selection, changed requirements, duplicate purchases, or products that are no longer required.

Request and return method

Contact your order representative or info@epptc.com with the order number, complete part number, quantity, issue description, and clear photographs. After approval, we will provide written return authorization and mailing instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Product condition

Return the product with its original packaging, manufacturer labels, lot or date codes, and included accessories. Except for reasonable inspection needed to identify the defect, the product must not be disassembled, modified, soldered, used, or damaged.

Return shipping

Lianxinlian Electronics pays reasonable return shipping for a verified product quality defect. Use the agreed mailing method and retain the shipment record.

Refund method and timing

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue the refund within 3 business days through the original payment method or another method agreed by both parties. Processing time at a bank or payment provider is additional.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges under this policy. If a replacement is required, place a new order after the refund or contact the order representative to confirm a new supply arrangement.
