Connector Availability, Lead Time and Delivery

Place availability, estimated lead time, packaging and logistics milestones into a confirmable order process.

Check Availability and Lead Time
01

Requirement Review

Confirm the exact part number, quantity, packaging, destination, required date and inspection needs.

02

Availability and Lead Time

Separate confirmed stock, supplier stock, expected arrivals and lead times that still require review, with an information timestamp.

03

Packaging and Dispatch

Check quantity, packaging form, labels and visible condition against the order, then retain dispatch records.

04

Tracking and Receipt

Provide available tracking information and support prompt receipt checks against the order, labels, quantity, packaging and condition.

How lead times are stated

Website availability and lead time reflect a point-in-time inquiry and do not reserve stock. Final deliverable quantity, dispatch date and transit time are governed by the valid quotation, order confirmation and actual logistics status. State any line-stop, pilot-build or fixed-window requirement during the inquiry.

Packaging and partial delivery

Factory packaging, full-pack quantities, repacking and partial delivery can affect price, lead time and traceability. Confirm these before the order; different packaging codes or lots are not assumed interchangeable.
