Quotations and orders

The website supports product lookup and inquiries. Prices, taxes, inventory, minimum order quantities, packaging, lead times, and payment terms may change. The valid quotation, sales order, or contract confirmed by Lianxinlian Electronics and the customer governs the transaction. A zero website price means “contact for quotation”; it does not mean the product is free.

Product information and selection

Specifications, images, mating references, and compliance information are provided for selection support. Before ordering, verify the manufacturer, complete part number and suffix, quantity, packaging, application conditions, and latest manufacturer documentation. Similar appearance or specifications do not establish interchangeability or compatibility without written confirmation.

Availability, delivery, and inspection

Inventory and estimated lead time are subject to order confirmation. See the Shipping Policy for the Hong Kong standard-delivery cutoff, handling time, transit time, and charge. Promptly inspect the part number, quantity, packaging, and condition after receipt. Retain labels, lot information, packaging, and photographs when reporting a discrepancy or suspected quality issue.

Returns and support

Only a verified product quality defect is eligible for a return request within 7 days after receipt. Non-quality returns are not accepted. See the Return and Refund Policy for authorization, shipping, and refund timing.
