How delivery time is calculated

Business days are Monday through Friday. An order received and confirmed by 17:00 Hong Kong time begins handling that day; an order confirmed after 17:00 begins on the next business day. Standard delivery consists of 3 business days of handling plus 3 business days of transit to Hong Kong, for an estimated total of 6 business days.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in mainland China or Hong Kong are excluded. Public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, customs inspection, or incomplete recipient information may extend actual delivery time.

Coverage and charges

This policy applies to standard delivery of EPPTC website products from Shenzhen, China to Hong Kong addresses. Standard shipping is free. Any legally applicable customs duty, import tax, or special customs-clearance service charge is not part of the standard shipping charge; we will disclose a potentially applicable charge before order confirmation.

Dispatch and tracking

We dispatch after order verification and preparation. When a trackable carrier service is used, the order representative provides available tracking information after dispatch. Actual arrival remains subject to carrier and receipt conditions.
